November-01 2022Alleppey Haven Homestay owner responded quickly to my questions (and I had a bunch) from before I booked until I checked out. Check in was super easy and the house is HUGE. The house felt a little chilly when we entered and I couldn't find the thermostat so I sent a message to the host and within a few minutes he let me know the heat was having some issues but there ware portable heaters in every room...The host was wonderful and am so gelato to have found this home, it's a true gem. "
